Easy Frozen Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Base

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • splash plant mylk (max 1/4 cup)

Toppings

  • 1 large medjool date
  • granola of choice
  • mini snickers bite (or use my recipe a few posts back)
  • coconut collab chocolate pot (or choc spread)
  • (optional, but good) a handful of (salted) peanuts
  • (optional) fruit eg blueberries

Preparation

  1. Chop the frozen banana before it is frozen to blend easier, then blend it with the peanut butter and mylk until completely smooth.

  2. Once completely smooth, pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Load with all your chosen toppings.

  4. Devour and enjoy.
