Salty Caramel Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk + a little more if needed.
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • pinch of sea salt
  • a few cubes of ice

Preparation

  1. Whiz in blender until ultra smooth & creamy

  2. Today I poured the heavenly mix into a bowl and served with a dash yummy home made toasted muesli for some crunch + a few additional slices of banana + a dollop of nut butter cause I swear I must be the hungriest demon the Manly zone this morning

  3. No jokes, don’t get in my way ?? Important to listen to your bod & serve up the fuel & nourishment so deserved
