Salty Caramel Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk + a little more if needed.
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- pinch of sea salt
- a few cubes of ice
Preparation
Whiz in blender until ultra smooth & creamy
Today I poured the heavenly mix into a bowl and served with a dash yummy home made toasted muesli for some crunch + a few additional slices of banana + a dollop of nut butter cause I swear I must be the hungriest demon the Manly zone this morning
