A Healthy Meal

Ingredients

  • Chiaseeds 3tbsp
  • 2tsp oats
  • Soy milk 1cup
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • Plum compote 3tbsp ( Homemade )
  • Coconut Yogurt mixed with cashew paste
  • Raw agave 1tsp
  • Fruits of your choice
  • Granola for extra crunch

Preparation

  1. Soak chiaseeds and oats over night in soymilk with rawagave and vanilla extract

  2. Mix it well

  3. Layer it one by one in a glass jar as you can see

  4. Chiaseeds layer, oats layer , cashew coconut paste layer , top it with fresh fruits and granola

  5. Simple breakfast yet lots of delicious layers and super healthy start
