A Healthy Meal
Ingredients
- Chiaseeds 3tbsp
- 2tsp oats
- Soy milk 1cup
- Vanilla extract 1tsp
- Plum compote 3tbsp ( Homemade )
- Coconut Yogurt mixed with cashew paste
- Raw agave 1tsp
- Fruits of your choice
- Granola for extra crunch
Preparation
Soak chiaseeds and oats over night in soymilk with rawagave and vanilla extract
Mix it well
Layer it one by one in a glass jar as you can see
Chiaseeds layer, oats layer , cashew coconut paste layer , top it with fresh fruits and granola
