Chia Seeds Acai Smoothie Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp raw agave
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp acai powder
- 1/2 tsp peanut butter
- Handful of granola
- Strawberries
Preparation
Mix chia seeds in soy milk and mix well with raw agave, stirring continuously until fluffy in texture.
For acai smoothie, mix banana, acai powder, and peanut butter in a blender until thick and creamy.
Layer the mixture as shown in the picture.
Serve chilled for a great summer breakfast.
