Creamy Beetroot Raspberry Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oats (quick oats)
  • 2 tsp flaxseeds powder
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar or 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • chia seeds berry compote (homemade)
  • 2 cups soy milk or almond milk
  • fresh fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Take a pan and add oats, flaxseeds powder, beetroot powder, and soy milk.

  2. Cook until it gets creamy in texture.

  3. Add raspberries and mix well into the mixture.

  4. Cook on medium heat as the flavors are incorporated nicely when cooked on slow heat.

  5. Add vanilla extract and coconut sugar, adding more milk if needed.

  6. Once done, transfer into bowls and add your favorite toppings.

  7. Add chia jam for sweetness if the mixture is sour, and include fresh fruits and vanilla coconut macaroon.
