Easy Raspberry Beetroot Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp quick oats
  • 2 tsp flaxseed powder
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar or 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • chia jam (homemade)
  • 2 cups soy milk or almond milk
  • fresh fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Take a pan and add oats, flaxseeds powder, beetroot powder, and soy milk.

  2. Cook until it gets creamy in texture.

  3. Add raspberries and mix well into the mixture.

  4. Make sure you cook on medium heat as the flavors are incorporated nicely when cooked on slow heat.

  5. Add vanilla extract and coconut sugar, adding more milk if needed.

  6. Once done, transfer into bowls and add your favorite toppings for extra flavors.

  7. I always add chia jam in my raspberry breakfast as it tends to be bit sour at times and chia jam brings sweetness. I also added vanilla coconut macaroon and fresh fruits.
