Super Easy Healthy Morning Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp matcha blue
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- handful almond flakes
- 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- fresh fruits of your choice
Preparation
Cook oats and chia seeds in a pan.
Divide into two portions.
Cook each portion for a few more minutes, adding matcha to one and turmeric to the other in different pans.
Transfer to a bowl or jar.
