Super Easy Healthy Morning Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha blue
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • handful almond flakes
  • 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • fresh fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Cook oats and chia seeds in a pan.

  2. Divide into two portions.

  3. Cook each portion for a few more minutes, adding matcha to one and turmeric to the other in different pans.

  4. Transfer to a bowl or jar.
