Warm Oats with Chia Seeds and Crunchy Cereals

Ingredients

  • Quick Rolled oats - 1 cup
  • Coconut milk or any plant-based milk - 1 cup and 1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil - 1 tsp
  • Coconut sugar or Maple syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Flaxseeds powder - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

Chia pudding

  • Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Soy milk - 1/2 cup
  • Maple syrup - 1/2 tsp

Toppings

  • Premium cereal for crunch - @bluefrogbreakfast (Black doris Plum with Dragon fruit & Coconut)

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, milk, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, flaxseed powder, and coconut oil in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes on low heat until creamy.

  2. Add water if the oats become too thick.

  3. Mix chia seeds, milk, and maple syrup until it becomes translucent and fluffy.

  4. Layer the oats and chia pudding in serving glasses with crunchy cereals and fresh fruits, then enjoy your healthy breakfast.
