Turmeric Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- Oats 4tbsp
- 1tsp chiaseeds
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Ginger powder 1tsp
- Flaxseeds powder 1tsp
- Coconut sugar 2tsp
- Coconut milk 1cup
- 1/4 cup almonds
- Almond milk 1/2 cup Or any other milk if you are not vegan
- Caramelized bananas (1 banana )
- Coconut oil (1tsp for caramalised )
- Water 1/2 cup
- Fresh fruits of your choice
- Frozen blueberries ( Thawed ) 1/4 cup
Preparation
Add Oats , cinnamon, chiaseeds turmeric, ginger, flaxseed powder, in sauce pan and cook for 2or 3 minutes adding milk and water to it . Stirring it continuously till it becomes creamy in texture. ? Once done add coconut sugar, almonds and mix well
Trasfer into a bowl and add what ever toppings you like
I added caramelized bananas, Thawed blueberries, and fresh fruits. ? you can add nuts of your choice ? Enjoy this easy yet healthy recipe
