Turmeric Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Oats 4tbsp
  • 1tsp chiaseeds
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1tsp
  • Flaxseeds powder 1tsp
  • Coconut sugar 2tsp
  • Coconut milk 1cup
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • Almond milk 1/2 cup Or any other milk if you are not vegan
  • Caramelized bananas (1 banana )
  • Coconut oil (1tsp for caramalised )
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Fresh fruits of your choice
  • Frozen blueberries ( Thawed ) 1/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Add Oats , cinnamon, chiaseeds turmeric, ginger, flaxseed powder, in sauce pan and cook for 2or 3 minutes adding milk and water to it . Stirring it continuously till it becomes creamy in texture. ? Once done add coconut sugar, almonds and mix well

  2. Trasfer into a bowl and add what ever toppings you like

  3. I added caramelized bananas, Thawed blueberries, and fresh fruits. ? you can add nuts of your choice ? Enjoy this easy yet healthy recipe
