Lime Infused Coconut Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2-3 cups water
  • 4 drops DoTerra lime essential oil or juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 apple
  • coconut flakes
  • handful of almonds
  • 1 passionfruit

Preparation

  1. Add the oats, coconut milk, and 2-3 cups of water to a small pot over high heat.

  2. Bring to a boil, stir, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until the oats are soft.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the lime essential oil or juice of limes.

  4. Dish into two separate bowls and top with the sliced apple, coconut flakes, almonds, and passionfruit.

  5. This recipe serves 2.
