Chia Seed Pudding with Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients

  • Chiaseeds - 2 tbsp
  • Soy milk - 1 cup
  • Rawagave / Maple syrup - 2tsp
  • Nuts of your choice - Handful
  • Coconut Yogurt - 1/4 cup mixed with Rawagave or Maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract - 1tsp
  • Coconut chips - To sprinkle on top
  • Blue Ocean blend powder - 2tsp

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds in soy milk, adding vanilla extract, raw agave or maple syrup and blue ocean blend powder, stirring continuously until fluffy in texture.

  2. Keep it in the fridge overnight if not using as instant breakfast; it can also be prepared in 15 minutes.

  3. In another bowl, add coconut yogurt with a bit of maple syrup, mix well, and add a handful of nuts.

  4. Transfer the chia seed mixture to a serving bowl along with the coconut yogurt and top with fresh or frozen fruits.
