Nutritious Overnight Oats Porridge with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup oats bran mix
  • raw agave
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • LSA powder
  • vanilla extract
  • fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Soak overnight oats with all the ingredients together.

  2. Or if you want warm porridge just stir everything together on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

  3. Decorate it with your favorite fruits and enjoy.
