Simple Layered Smoothie Jar with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Pink pitaya powder
  • Handful of pineapple pieces
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp LSA powder
  • 2 tsp oats

Preparation

  1. Blend 1 frozen banana, pink pitaya powder, a few pineapple pieces, 1 teaspoon oats, and 1 teaspoon LSA powder with soy milk.

  2. Repeat the same process with the spirulina mix by blending the remaining ingredients including spirulina.

  3. Pour the blended mixtures into separate bowls.

  4. Layer the mixtures as shown in the picture.

  5. Enjoy the smoothie jar.
