Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or hung yogurt
- 1 tsp raw agave
- Vanilla extract
- Red kiwifruit
- Berry compote (homemade)
- Assorted fresh fruits (e.g., kiwifruit, persimmons, blueberries)
- Handful of granola
Preparation
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, soy milk, raw agave, and vanilla extract in a bowl; let it sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken
Prepare berry compote if not already made, then mix it with coconut yogurt or hung yogurt in another bowl
Layer the chia seed mixture, yogurt mixture, fresh fruits, red kiwifruit, and granola in a serving bowl
