Autumn Persimmon Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.25 cups oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
  • 2 persimmons
  • Handful of grapes
  • Handful of granola

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds with agave and vanilla extract with oat milk and keep it overnight in the fridge. Ensure it's nice and fluffy in texture before refrigerating.

  2. In the morning, transfer it to a serving bowl and add fruits and granola of your choice.

  3. Optionally, make persimmon noodles to add extra flavor as the juice enhances the taste.
