Kiwifruit Chia Pudding Delight

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup or 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cashew cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon matcha powder
  • Handful of granola

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds, oat milk, vanilla extract, sweetener (agave syrup or coconut sugar), cashew cream, and matcha powder in a bowl.

  2. Stir well to combine and let sit for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight to thicken.

  3. Serve topped with granola for added crunch.
