Kiwifruit Chia Pudding Delight
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1.5 cups oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup or 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons cashew cream
- 0.5 teaspoon matcha powder
- Handful of granola
Preparation
Mix chia seeds, oat milk, vanilla extract, sweetener (agave syrup or coconut sugar), cashew cream, and matcha powder in a bowl.
Stir well to combine and let sit for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight to thicken.
Serve topped with granola for added crunch.
