Golden Milk Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 50 g chia seeds
- 1.5 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 400 ml oat milk
- 2 Tbsp agave syrup
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened soy yogurt
Toppings
- Bananas
- Dried mulberries
- Pomegranate seeds
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients first.
Then add the liquid ingredients.
Mix well and let soak overnight in the refrigerator
Caramelize the bananas by slicing and cooking them in a pan with a little oil and sugar until golden
Add dried mulberries and pomegranate seeds as toppings before serving
