Banana Chia Porridge

Ingredients

  • Banana chia porridge
  • 1/2 of a ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup porridge oats (fine oats)
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla

Preparation

  1. Add banana to a small saucepan and mash it with a fork

  2. Add all remaining ingredients, stir to combine and bring to a simmer

  3. Continue cooking over gentle heat until thickened

  4. Serve warm in a bowl (or a jar) with your favorite toppings
