Banana Chia Porridge
Ingredients
- Banana chia porridge
- 1/2 of a ripe banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup porridge oats (fine oats)
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- Pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla
Preparation
Add banana to a small saucepan and mash it with a fork
Add all remaining ingredients, stir to combine and bring to a simmer
Continue cooking over gentle heat until thickened
Serve warm in a bowl (or a jar) with your favorite toppings
