Golden Milk Chia Puddings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chia seed
  • 2.5 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp maple or agave syrup

Preparation

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients on medium for 30 seconds

  2. Pour into bowls or jars and let set in fridge for at least 4 hours

  3. Garnish puddings with your favourite toppings and serve
