Golden Milk Chia Puddings
Ingredients
- 1 cup chia seed
- 2.5 cups non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp maple or agave syrup
Preparation
In a blender, blend all ingredients on medium for 30 seconds
Pour into bowls or jars and let set in fridge for at least 4 hours
Garnish puddings with your favourite toppings and serve
