Chia Seed Pudding with Fresh Fruits and Granola
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
- 2 tsp coconut yogurt
- Vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits (e.g., kiwifruit, banana, pomegranates, blueberries)
- 3 tsp granola
Preparation
Mix chia seeds in soy milk, stirring continuously.
Add raw agave, coconut yogurt, vanilla extract and mix well.
Layer with fresh fruits and granola, then enjoy.
