Chia Seed Pudding with Fresh Fruits and Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp coconut yogurt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits (e.g., kiwifruit, banana, pomegranates, blueberries)
  • 3 tsp granola

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds in soy milk, stirring continuously.

  2. Add raw agave, coconut yogurt, vanilla extract and mix well.

  3. Layer with fresh fruits and granola, then enjoy.
