Healthy Chia Seed Pudding with Blueberries
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp blackberry powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- bananas for garnish
- 2 tsp homemade cashew cream
Preparation
Soak chia seeds in soy milk for an hour or overnight.
Mix blackberry powder, vanilla extract, and cashew cream just before serving for better flavor; this is optional.
Add homemade chia seeds berry compote for extra flavor, if desired.
