Healthy Oats Bowl with Chia Seeds and Cacao

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • 180 ml water or milk of choice

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • raw cashews
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, raw cacao, and water or milk, then microwave for 3 minutes.
