Healthy Oats Bowl with Chia Seeds and Cacao
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao
- 180 ml water or milk of choice
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- raw cashews
- peanut butter
Preparation
Combine the oats, chia seeds, raw cacao, and water or milk, then microwave for 3 minutes.
Add the toppings: half banana, raw cashews, and peanut butter.
