Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 280 ml milk of choice
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a jar and mix well.
Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Layer with desired toppings and serve, such as homemade granola, coconut yogurt, blueberries, Oreos, and sugar decorations.
