Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 280 ml milk of choice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a jar and mix well.

  2. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. Layer with desired toppings and serve, such as homemade granola, coconut yogurt, blueberries, Oreos, and sugar decorations.
