Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp blue ocean powder
  • Sweetener to taste (e.g., raw agave)
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits as desired

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow chia seeds to absorb liquid and thicken

  3. Stir before serving and top with fresh fruits if not already mixed in
