Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp blue ocean powder
- Sweetener to taste (e.g., raw agave)
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits as desired
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow chia seeds to absorb liquid and thicken
Stir before serving and top with fresh fruits if not already mixed in
