Refreshing Chia Pudding with Coconut Water and Vanilla
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a bowl
Stir together to combine
Wait 20 minutes or so for the mixture to thicken
Stir before serving
Serve with red berries, berry chia jam, and coconut shavings
