Refreshing Chia Pudding with Coconut Water and Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Stir together to combine

  3. Wait 20 minutes or so for the mixture to thicken

  4. Stir before serving

  5. Serve with red berries, berry chia jam, and coconut shavings
