Easy Blueberry Chia Jam Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- a couple cups of blueberries
- a couple tablespoons of chia seeds
- a teaspoon of vanilla
- a couple tablespoons of maple syrup
- a dash of water
Preparation
Throw all ingredients into a pan
Add a dash of water to start the cooking process
Cook over low heat for about 7 minutes
Watch for the berries to burst and the texture to change as it cooks
