Homemade Jam in my Oat Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2/3 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
Preparation
Bring 1/3 cup of water to boil
Add 1 cup raspberries and 1/2 cup blueberries
Stir and bring to a low boil
Add chia seeds 2/3 tablespoon
Add flax seeds 1 tsp
Keep simmering on low boil until consistency thickens. Turn off heat and let cool.
