Homemade Jam in my Oat Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2/3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds

Preparation

  1. Bring 1/3 cup of water to boil

  2. Add 1 cup raspberries and 1/2 cup blueberries

  3. Stir and bring to a low boil

  4. Add chia seeds 2/3 tablespoon

  5. Add flax seeds 1 tsp

  6. Keep simmering on low boil until consistency thickens. Turn off heat and let cool.
