Jammy Wild Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/4 cups plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together and leave overnight.
Make some jam by cooking wild blueberries with a sweetener until jam-like consistency
Dollop the jam on top.
Top with granola and fruits of your choice.
