Jammy Wild Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 1/4 cups plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together and leave overnight.

  2. Make some jam by cooking wild blueberries with a sweetener until jam-like consistency

  3. Dollop the jam on top.

  4. Top with granola and fruits of your choice.
