Blue Chia Pudding Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/3 tsp blue spirulina

Toppings

  • Desiccated coconut
  • Frozen blueberries
  • A drop of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Add your chia seeds and plant-based milk to a bowl or glass.

  2. Mix and leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. The next day, give the mix a quick stir and add your toppings.
