Blue Chia Pudding Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/3 tsp blue spirulina
Toppings
- Desiccated coconut
- Frozen blueberries
- A drop of maple syrup
Preparation
Add your chia seeds and plant-based milk to a bowl or glass.
Mix and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next day, give the mix a quick stir and add your toppings.
