Chia Pudding with Bananas, Coconut and Blue Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 150 ml filtered water
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • banana coins
  • shredded coconut
  • colorful sprinkles
  • additional chia seeds
  • oats
  • optional sweetener

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yoghurt with 150 ml filtered water and 30 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.

  2. Put the container in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid.

  3. In the morning, mix in 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  5. Top with banana coins, shredded coconut, colorful sprinkles, and additional chia seeds and oats.

Tips

  1. You can use your favorite type of yoghurt.

  2. Add less water if your yoghurt has a runnier consistency.

  3. You can add a sweetener if desired.
