Chia Pudding with Bananas, Coconut and Blue Spirulina
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 150 ml filtered water
- 30 g chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
- banana coins
- shredded coconut
- colorful sprinkles
- additional chia seeds
- oats
- optional sweetener
Preparation
Mix 300 g thick yoghurt with 150 ml filtered water and 30 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.
Put the container in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid.
In the morning, mix in 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with banana coins, shredded coconut, colorful sprinkles, and additional chia seeds and oats.
Tips
You can use your favorite type of yoghurt.
Add less water if your yoghurt has a runnier consistency.
You can add a sweetener if desired.
