Chia Pudding with Bananas, Peanuts and Blue Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 150 ml filtered water
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • bananas (sliced)
  • roasted peanuts
  • additional chia seeds (optional)
  • sweetener (optional, to taste)

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yoghurt, 150 ml filtered water, and 30 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid

  2. Put the container in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to soak

  3. In the morning, mix in 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina

  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl

  5. Top with banana coins, roasted peanuts, and some more chia seeds

  6. Optionally, add sweetener to taste
