Chia Pudding with Bananas, Peanuts and Blue Spirulina
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 150 ml filtered water
- 30 g chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
- bananas (sliced)
- roasted peanuts
- additional chia seeds (optional)
- sweetener (optional, to taste)
Preparation
Mix 300 g thick yoghurt, 150 ml filtered water, and 30 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid
Put the container in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to soak
In the morning, mix in 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina
Transfer the mixture to a bowl
Top with banana coins, roasted peanuts, and some more chia seeds
Optionally, add sweetener to taste
