Chocolate Banana Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 100 ml filtered water
  • 30 g oats
  • 10 g coconut flakes
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Toppings

  • frozen banana coins
  • coconut
  • chopped dates
  • optional sweetener

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yoghurt with 100 ml filtered water, 30 g oats, 10 g coconut flakes, and 10 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.

  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to soak.

  3. In the morning, stir in 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and transfer to a serving bowl.

  4. Top with frozen banana coins, additional coconut, and chopped dates.

Tips

  1. Use your favorite type of yoghurt.

  2. Adjust the amount of water based on the yoghurt consistency; use less if it is runnier.

  3. Add sweetener if desired, as none was used in this preparation.
