Chocolate Banana Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 100 ml filtered water
- 30 g oats
- 10 g coconut flakes
- 10 g chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Toppings
- frozen banana coins
- coconut
- chopped dates
- optional sweetener
Preparation
Mix 300 g thick yoghurt with 100 ml filtered water, 30 g oats, 10 g coconut flakes, and 10 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to soak.
In the morning, stir in 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and transfer to a serving bowl.
Top with frozen banana coins, additional coconut, and chopped dates.
Tips
Use your favorite type of yoghurt.
Adjust the amount of water based on the yoghurt consistency; use less if it is runnier.
Add sweetener if desired, as none was used in this preparation.
