Chocolate Banana Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 300g thick yoghurt
- 100ml filtered water
- 30g oats
- 10g coconut flakes
- 15g salted caramel soy protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Toppings
- Banana coins
- Chocolate pieces
Preparation
Mix the yoghurt, water, oats, coconut flakes, and protein powder in a small container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, mix in the cocoa powder and transfer to a bowl.
Top with banana coins and chocolate pieces.

Use your favorite type of yoghurt.
Adjust the amount of water based on the yoghurt's consistency; use less if it is runnier.
