Blended Overnight Oats with Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry
Ingredients
Oats mixture
- 40g (~1/2 cup) oats
- 30g (~1 scoop) protein powder (optional; sub in with more oats and 1 tablespoon maple syrup)
- 5g (~1/2 tablespoon) chia seeds
- frozen raspberries
- 60g (~1/4 cup) thick yogurt (coconut or soy)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water or plant milk (less if whey protein, more if vegan protein)
Chocolate ganache
- 5g (~1 tablespoon) cocoa powder
- 1-2 tablespoons water or plant milk
- 5g (~1 teaspoon) sugar
Preparation
Blend all the oats ingredients together until smooth.
Pour it into a bowl.
Mix all the chocolate ganache ingredients together.
Pour it above the oats to cover the oatmeal.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
