Blended Overnight Oats with Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry

Ingredients

Oats mixture

  • 40g (~1/2 cup) oats
  • 30g (~1 scoop) protein powder (optional; sub in with more oats and 1 tablespoon maple syrup)
  • 5g (~1/2 tablespoon) chia seeds
  • frozen raspberries
  • 60g (~1/4 cup) thick yogurt (coconut or soy)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water or plant milk (less if whey protein, more if vegan protein)

Chocolate ganache

  • 5g (~1 tablespoon) cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons water or plant milk
  • 5g (~1 teaspoon) sugar

Preparation

  1. Blend all the oats ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour it into a bowl.

  3. Mix all the chocolate ganache ingredients together.

  4. Pour it above the oats to cover the oatmeal.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
