Salted Caramel Overnight Oats with Chocolate Shell
Ingredients
- 250 g thick yoghurt
- 50 ml filtered water
- 50 g oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 15 g salted caramel soy protein
- dark chocolate
- cinnamon cookie
Preparation
Mix the yoghurt, water, oats, cinnamon, and soy protein together.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Top the mixture with the melted chocolate and a cinnamon cookie.
Refrigerate overnight.
