Bircher Muesli with Raspberries and Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Oat milk
  • Peanut butter
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Vanilla extract (a splash)
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Blueberries
  • 85% dark chocolate (for drizzling)

Preparation

  1. Soak oats in oat milk with peanut butter, vanilla extract, and raspberries overnight.

  2. In the morning, stir the soaked mixture into coconut yoghurt.

  3. Add blueberries and drizzle with 85% dark chocolate before serving.
