Berry Chocolate and Peanut Butter Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
- Fresh strawberries
- Defrosted raspberries
- Peanut butter
- Dairy-free mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, plant-based milk, water, and vanilla extract in a saucepan.
Cook on the stove over medium heat, stirring frequently until creamy.
Serve warm with the toppings.

Use hot water for faster cooking.
