Berry Chocolate and Peanut Butter Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Defrosted raspberries
  • Peanut butter
  • Dairy-free mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, plant-based milk, water, and vanilla extract in a saucepan.

  2. Cook on the stove over medium heat, stirring frequently until creamy.
