Overnight Oats with Bilberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup low-fat soy milk
  • 1/2 cup soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dried bilberries
  • 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and soak for at least 6 hours.

  2. Top with your favorite fruits and edible flowers.
