Overnight Oats with Bilberries
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup low-fat soy milk
- 1/2 cup soy yogurt
- 1 tbsp dried bilberries
- 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and soak for at least 6 hours.
Top with your favorite fruits and edible flowers.
