Raspberry Dream Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 60 g fine oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp raspberry juice powder
  • a few vanilla flavour drops
  • 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 210 ml plant-based milk (almond)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar and mix them well.

  2. Let the jar sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. Layer the oat mixture with homemade raspberry jam to serve.
