Raspberry Dream Parfaits
Ingredients
- 60 g fine oat flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp raspberry juice powder
- a few vanilla flavour drops
- 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 210 ml plant-based milk (almond)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a jar and mix them well.
Let the jar sit in the fridge overnight.
Layer the oat mixture with homemade raspberry jam to serve.
