Creamy Tiramisu-Inspired Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50 g oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 shot espresso
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 100 ml vanilla soy yogurt
- 2 biscuits
- Cacao for topping
Optional
- Pinch of salt
- Maple syrup
Preparation
Mix the oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, espresso, plant-based milk, and vanilla soy yogurt in a bowl.
Refrigerate overnight.
Assemble directly or the next morning: start with a cookie base, scoop the creamy oats on top, add a layer of yogurt, and top with cacao.
Enjoy.
Tips
Make it higher in protein by adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
