Creamy Tiramisu-Inspired Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 50 g oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 200 ml plant-based milk
  • 100 ml vanilla soy yogurt
  • 2 biscuits
  • Cacao for topping

Optional

  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, espresso, plant-based milk, and vanilla soy yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Assemble directly or the next morning: start with a cookie base, scoop the creamy oats on top, add a layer of yogurt, and top with cacao.

  4. Enjoy.

Tips

  1. Make it higher in protein by adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
