Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 100 grams grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
Topping
- Vanilla soy yogurt
- Cranberries
- Chopped walnuts
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Give it a quick stir in the morning and add a splash of almond milk if needed.
Top with the yogurt, walnuts and cranberries.
