Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 100 grams grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

Topping

  • Vanilla soy yogurt
  • Cranberries
  • Chopped walnuts

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Give it a quick stir in the morning and add a splash of almond milk if needed.

  3. Top with the yogurt, walnuts and cranberries.
