Brownie-Inspired Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • Half of one banana, smashed
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Handful of vegan chocolate chips
  • Chopped walnuts for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients together well and pour into an oven-safe dish.

  2. Top with chopped walnuts.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-22 minutes.
