Brownie-Inspired Baked Oats
Ingredients
- Half of one banana, smashed
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- Handful of vegan chocolate chips
- Chopped walnuts for topping
Preparation
Mix the ingredients together well and pour into an oven-safe dish.
Top with chopped walnuts.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-22 minutes.
