Vegan Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Toppings
- banana slices
- walnuts
- chocolate chunks
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a blender, add the oats, plant milk, banana, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish.
Top with banana slices, walnuts, and chocolate chunks.
Bake for 22 to 25 minutes.
