Vegan Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • banana slices
  • walnuts
  • chocolate chunks

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a blender, add the oats, plant milk, banana, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  3. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish.

  4. Top with banana slices, walnuts, and chocolate chunks.

  5. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes.
