Oat Blueberry Pancakes with Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods salted caramel protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Handful blueberries (or any fruit of choice)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender (except blueberries).
Blend until smooth.
Stir in the blueberries.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour pancake batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
