Almond Butter and Raspberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 3 cups plant mylk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 cup oats
Toppings
- 1.5 cups raspberries
- 4 tbsp almond butter
Preparation
Add plant mylk, chia seeds, almond butter, vanilla extract, and dates to a food processor or blender and blend on high until thoroughly combined.
Pour the mixture into a container and stir in the oats.
Set aside in the fridge overnight to thicken.
In the morning, mash raspberries to a pulp with a fork.
Layer the jars with mashed raspberries, overnight oats, and almond butter.
Tips
If you don’t have a food processor, mix the ingredients well in a bowl with a fork.
