Vanilla Zucchini Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax meal/chia
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
Preparation
Bring your milk to a boil
Add in oats and flax and cook for 5 minutes
Then add in shredded zucchini and cook for 5 minutes more
Lastly stir in the protein powder and serve with your fav toppings
