Vanilla Zucchini Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp flax meal/chia
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini

Preparation

  1. Bring your milk to a boil

  2. Add in oats and flax and cook for 5 minutes

  3. Then add in shredded zucchini and cook for 5 minutes more

  4. Lastly stir in the protein powder and serve with your fav toppings
