Peanut Butter Cup Oats in a Jar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1 1/3 cups water or plant milk
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 scoop Planta vegan peanut butter cup protein powder
  • blueberries
  • cacao brown rice crisps
  • vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Add 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup grated cauliflower, and 1 1/3 cups water or plant milk to the stove on medium heat.

  2. While that begins to cook, grate a small zucchini into a separate bowl.

  3. Once the oats come to a boil, add the grated zucchini.

  4. Turn the heat to low and add 1 scoop of Planta vegan peanut butter cup protein powder.

  5. Stuff the oats into an almost empty jar of Trader Joe's raw creamy almond butter, and top with blueberries, cacao brown rice crisps, and vegan chocolate chips.

  6. TIP: If you want the oats to overflow the jar but don’t have enough oatmeal, add a layer of berries or cereal inside the jar.
