Vegan Banana Maple French Toast Cauli Zoats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water or plant milk
  • optional 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
  • nut butter (residue in jar)

Preparation

  1. Add 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water or plant milk, and optional 1/2 cup riced cauliflower to a pot and heat on medium heat.

  2. While that begins to cook, grate 1/2 of a zucchini into a separate bowl.

  3. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the grated zucchini (may need 1-2 tablespoons of plant milk).

  4. Turn the heat to low and add 1 scoop of vegan banana maple French toast protein powder.

  5. Once cooled, stuff into an almost empty nut butter jar and add a few toppings.
