Vegan Banana Maple French Toast Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 1/3 cup water or plant milk
  • optional 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • raw creamy almond butter
  • hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Add 2/3 cup oats, 1 1/3 cup water or plant milk, and optional 1/2 cup riced cauliflower to a pot and heat on medium heat.

  2. While the mixture begins to cook, grate 1/2 of a zucchini into a separate bowl.

  3. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the grated zucchini and may need 1-2 tablespoons of plant milk.

  4. Turn the heat to low and add 1 scoop of vegan banana maple French toast protein powder.

  5. Add your toppings and enjoy.
