Vegan Banana Maple French Toast Cauliflower Zucchini Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 1/3 cup water or plant milk
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower (optional)
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
  • 1 scoop probiotics
  • strawberries (for topping, optional)
  • almond butter (for topping, optional)
  • hemp seeds (for topping, optional)

Preparation

  1. Add oats, water or plant milk, and optional riced cauliflower to a pot and heat on medium heat.

  2. While the mixture begins to cook, grate half of a zucchini into a separate bowl.

  3. Once the oats, riced cauliflower, and water come to a boil, add the grated zucchini and may need to add 1-2 tablespoons of plant milk.

  4. Turn the heat to low and add vegan banana maple French toast protein powder and probiotics.

  5. Add your toppings and enjoy. Examples include strawberries, almond butter, and hemp seeds.
